With over 10 years of running a design business, I've tackled everything from one-month sprints to extensive 4-6-month projects that seemed endless, some ranging to over $20k. But the larger the project, the more our creative energy faded.

In late 2020, we shifted gears. Instead of accepting a retainer that tied us down, we pioneered VIP half-days. Starting with a four-hour, $800 gig, we evolved to $4000 per day by 2024, moving completely away from the traditional high-ticket marathon projects to offering VIP days & design intensives exclusively.
